A little quiet here in Almeria.
While it is normally very quiet here, these are strange times indeed. Some countries like the UK and Belgium are OK with exercise but here in Spain no recreational cycling is allowed. I understand the need for social distancing but solo riding should be ok in my opinion, no?
We will continue to prepare for when the lock down ends, looking at new rides and trying to keep fit on the Turbo. In the meantime take a few minutes to watch this You Tube video from Cycling Weekly.
